Two days, two storage sites, 45 boxes of records
A UK restaurant group with two brands had company records and spare kitchen kit spread across rooms at a self-storage site in Kent and another in Earls Court. Most of the archive boxes had collapsed.
What they had: 45 boxes of financial records (10–15 kg each), 34 boxes of packaging and equipment, 4 fragile boxes, 3 kitchen units, a glass-fronted fridge and a large cabinet.
- We priced the job from the client’s own photos and box measurements, with no site visit needed.
- A team of three each day – a driver and two porters – all repacking.
- Damaged archive boxes repacked into new boxes so the records could be stored safely.
- Day 1 at Earls Court, day 2 in Kent: repacked, then moved everything into the right rooms.
